Welcome to ChadChain! These terms and conditions (the “Agreement”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the “User” or “you”) and ChadChain (referred to herein as “ChadChain,” “us,” or “we”) governing your use of ChadChain’s services and products, including but not limited to the website at https://chadchain.org and any related applications or services. Please read this Agreement in its entirety before using ChadChain’s services or products.

By using ChadChain’s services or products you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

ChadChain grants you a non-exclusive, personal, non-transferable right to use our services and products on your personal computer or other devices with internet access. This usage is subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.

Our services and products are not intended for use by (i) minors and individuals under the age of 18, (ii) individuals who are considered minors or under the age of majority in their jurisdiction(s), or (iii) individuals accessing or using the services from jurisdictions where such usage is illegal. ChadChain cannot verify the legality of our services in every jurisdiction, so it is your responsibility to ensure your lawful use of our services.

2. Ownership and Intellectual Property

ChadChain and its licensors hold all rights to our services and products, including copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, distribute, reverse engineer, or engage in any Unauthorized Use of our website or services. The term “ChadChain” and any related trademarks or service marks (“Trade Marks”) are solely owned by ChadChain. All content on our website, including images, graphics, text, and multimedia (“Site Content”), belongs to ChadChain and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You acknowledge that your use of our services does not grant you any rights in the Site Content or Trade Marks without ChadChain’s prior written consent.

3. No Warranties

ChadChain disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, regarding our services, which are provided “as is.” We make no representations regarding quality, fitness for purpose, completeness, or accuracy. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service.

4. Authority and Service Rules

You agree to abide by the rules of our services, as described on the ChadChain website. ChadChain retains full authority over service issuance, maintenance, and termination. Our management’s decisions regarding service usage and dispute resolution are final.

5. Your Representations and Warranties

By using ChadChain’s services, you represent and warrant that:

– You understand the risk of losing cryptocurrency and other assets when using our services, and ChadChain is not responsible for any such losses.
– Your use of our services is voluntary and at your own risk.
– You are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to cryptocurrency transactions.
– You have the necessary telecommunications and internet access services to use our services.
– You are of legal age in your jurisdiction to use our services, and your usage complies with local laws.

You agree to report any discovered bugs or errors that may exploit our services to ChadChain at support@chadchain.org promptly. Attempting to exploit such bugs for unlawful financial gain is strictly prohibited.

6. Prohibited Uses

You represent, warrant, and agree that:

– You will use our services solely for personal use and will not create multiple accounts for collusion or abuse.
– Exploiting our services or errors in program logic (bugs) is strictly prohibited.
– You are not in a Prohibited Jurisdiction, including the United States, North Korea, Iran, Venezuela, or any other jurisdiction where our services are illegal.

7. Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Policy

ChadChain is a decentralized Blockchain, and KYC enforcement is at the discretion of fundraising entities using our services. We reserve the right to request KYC documentation to verify your identity. ChadChain may share KYC information with third parties for verification. We will confiscate funds violating AML and CFT laws and cooperate with competent authorities.

8. Breach

ChadChain reserves the right to take appropriate action, including terminating this Agreement and taking legal action, in the event of a User’s breach. You agree to indemnify and hold ChadChain harmless from any claims arising from your breach of this Agreement.

9. Limitation of Liability

ChadChain shall not be liable for any special, incidental, direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. This limitation of liability does not apply to cases of personal injury or death due to negligence.

10. Disputes

If you have a complaint, please contact ChadChain’s customer service team at support@chadchain.org. Any unresolved disputes may be pursued in the governing law jurisdiction specified below.

11. Amendment

ChadChain retains the right to update or modify this Agreement, or any part thereof, at any time without notice. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your agreement to the amended Agreement. We encourage you to regularly review the terms and conditions contained in the current version of this Agreement.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement and any matters related to it shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of United kingdom. You agree that any disputes related to this Agreement will be resolved in the courts of United kingdom, and you waive any objection to those courts’ jurisdiction or claim of an inconvenient forum.

13. Severability

If any provision of this Agreement becomes illegal, invalid, or unenforceable in any jurisdiction, it will not affect the validity or enforceability of other provisions in that jurisdiction or the validity and enforceability of any provision in other jurisdictions.

14. Assignment

ChadChain reserves the right to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. Users may not assign any of their rights or obligations under this Agreement.

15. Miscellaneous

– No waiver by ChadChain of any breach of this Agreement shall constitute a waiver of subsequent breaches.
– This Agreement does not create rights or benefits for third parties.
– This Agreement does not establish a partnership, agency, trust arrangement, fiduciary relationship, or joint venture between you and ChadChain.
– ChadChain may assign, transfer, or deal with this Agreement and its rights and obligations.
– This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding and agreement between you and ChadChain regarding our services, superseding any prior agreements.

16. Cryptocurrency

Cryptocurrency values are highly volatile and subject to market conditions. You acknowledge the volatile nature of cryptocurrencies and hold ChadChain harmless for any loss or damages arising from such volatility.
